Carbon Strength has been the most effective and fun workouts I’ve done in a long time. Carbon takes the guess work out of planning a workout and Cole does a great job at modifying specific workouts that help build strength for my current injuries. The space is always clean, organized and most importantly inviting. I just show up and put in the work
I have been attending classes 3-5 per week for a couple months, and I have seen a significant increase in my strength and muscle tone. The classes are FUN with great music, and are very organized with an applicable warmup, strength training(s), and then conditioning!
Carbon has been an absolute game changer for my fitness goals. If you’re looking for a gym where you can focus on improving your strength training, this is the gym for you! Excellent coaching, nice equipment and amazing atmosphere. The programming is by the far the best I’ve experienced.
I’m a 46 year old dad of teenagers with limited time and Cole tailored workouts and encouraged me in a way that allowed me to reach my goals. He’ll work with all levels of fitness and body types, never leaving you feeling ashamed or discouraged.
Learning new exercises and nailing down good form can be a bit intimidating, but Coach Cole’s guidance has been key in overcoming these challenges. His expertise not only eases the intimidation of a new routine but also ensures optimal gains through constructive feedback and little tweaks to form. I also like how the gym has a laid-back and supportive vibe, where I not only feel a sense of community but also receive personalized attention for each workout.
It’s a welcoming environment and Cole and Lainey are great. It has given me more confidence, as I’ve really beaten myself up mentally over the years from my lack of action in becoming more physically fit.
