Cyclist Front Squat
Every 3mins x 4

Warm-Up Set 1: 10 reps @ lightweight
Set 1 – 10 reps @ 20X1
Set 2 – 8 reps @ 20X1
Set 3 – 6 reps @ 20X1
Set 4 – (drop to Set 1 weight) max reps

Strength Balance
Every 75sec x 9 Sets (3 sets each)
1st – Right Leg Suitcase Step Up x 10 reps @ 21X0
2nd – Left Leg Suitcase Step Up x 10 reps @ 21X0
3rd – Hamstring March – 12-14 steps @20X1
